According to the Sammobile portal, citing insider sources, the company plans to use only Exynos processors in the Galaxy S25 series . According to rumors, Samsung has already created a team of specialists that will optimize its own chip, designed specifically for branded smartphones.
According to the source, the upcoming flagship SoC will be manufactured using Samsung’s second-generation 3nm process technology. The new ARM Cortex-X5 core is expected to be faster than current solutions for Apple A and M series processors.
Insiders also claim that the next-generation Galaxy foldable devices will only come with Qualcomm Snapdragon chips, while the more affordable A-series models will come with Samsung and MediaTek processors. The vendor himself did not comment on such publications.
