It was, it is not & we hopefully hope it shall be. Everything green-tagged to Arunachal, not now but it was a sweet past. In last decade we have made Arunachal grey from its very existence of green. Rampant cutting of trees, urbanisation without environmental development, vehicular & industrial pollution & drastic climatic change due to our own misdeeds has made a heaven of greens to hell of black.
Notwithstanding the immediate & long-term effects we torture the nature by our whims & fancies. The nature has all ingredient to take care of itself. Only the fact is that we have to act like a strict disciplinary guardian to protect it by our positive actions. The mother nature has become so helpless that it cannot breathe properly due to our own mistakes.
The cycle of action & reaction is very simple & universal. For each wrong action of ours, we get boomeranged by multiple reactions. The earth is built in such a scientific & technical grounds that every action has equal & opposite reactions. So today if we destroy the nature, tomorrow it destroys mercilessly the environment and ultimately the mankind. This must be thought & felt by us deeply, so that we may restrict ourselves not to go in the path of destruction.
The unbearable heat, uncomfortable atmosphere, climatic imbalances, ever increasing pollutions are now talk of the town in Arunachal, which never happened before a decade or two. Hence, there is no alternative but to make Arunachal again green & we all have to work together to bring back the green -glory to our dearest Arunachal.
