NEET Result 2023 Live Updates: Check expected cut-off

NTA NEET UG Result 2023 Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon announce the results for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023. Students who appeared for the exam, can check their results at the official website— neet.nta.nic.in.

The exam was conducted all across the country except in the state of Manipur on May 7. It was held in Manipur on June 6, due to the ongoing law and order situation. The provisional answer key was published June 4 and the last date to raise challenges was June 6.

Over 20.08 lakh students registered for the exam. On May 7, the exam was conducted at 4097 centres located in 499 cities across the country and 14 cities outside India. The NTA assured the parliamentary committee that NEET UG 2023 results will be declared latest by June second week.

NEET UG 2023 Results: Check expected cut-off

The expected cut-off for various categories are as follows:

For General category– 710 to 124 as per Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic Officer of Vidyamandir Classes. And, 716 to120 as per Sarvesh Chaubey, Deputy Regional Director at Aakash BYJU’s.

For OBC category– 130 to 98 as per Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic Officer of Vidyamandir Classes. And, Sarvesh Chaubey, Deputy Regional Director of Aakash BYJU feels it will be around 119 to 95.

For SC category–  According to Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic Officer of Vidyamandir Classes it would be around 120 to 95 and as per Sarvesh Chaubey, Deputy Regional Director of Aakash BYJU it will be around 119 to 95.

For ST category– Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic Officer of Vidyamandir Classes expects it to be somewhere around 118 to 92. And, as per Sarvesh Chaubey, Deputy Regional Director of Aakash BYJU it will be around 119 to 95.

NEET UG 2023: Exam was reconducted in which cities?

Due to the ongoing law and order situation in Manipur, the exam was reconducted in 10 cities except for being conducted in Manipur as the candidates had an option to change their city of examination. The 10 cities are:

3. Shillong (Meghalaya)
4. Guwahati (Assam)
5. Jorhat (Assam)
6. Silchar (Assam)
