“We are here to deliver heartbreaking news. Actress Chae-yul has left us,” her agency Management S said in a statement, quoted Koreaboo.
The statement stated that the funeral of the deceased will be conducted privately as per the family’s desires, who are likely experiencing more grief than anyone else. The statement also requested for prayers for the departed soul of Chae-yul, who was a sincere actress.
As per the Independent, the CEO of Chae-yul’s management agency said that she was a diligent individual and a great friend with a compassionate heart. The CEO expressed difficulty in describing her incredible acting skills in words.
Chae-yul gained popularity for her leading role in the Netflix series Zombie Detective. She was also recognized for her work in K-drama series I Have Not Done My Best and the movie Deep, which was released in 2018.
Chae-yul was supposed to appear in the TV series Wedding Impossible, but production has been stopped following the news of her passing.
