A small mistake is happening right here, due to which a businessman in Delhi suffered a loss of lakhs.

That is, if you want to keep the other SIM active while using any one SIM, then for this you have to buy the minimum recharge plan to keep the SIM active. Companies lock the SIM if it is not recharged for about 90 days.
Delhi businessman lost lakhs of rupees
According to a report till date, a businessman has been cheated of lakhs of rupees in Delhi. Actually, here is the story of the second sim. In fact, the bank account of the businessman from which lakhs of rupees were defrauded was attached to a SIM card and the businessman was not using this SIM card for a long time. Means the businessman’s bank account was registered with this sim.
Due to this SIM being in-active for a long time, the company closed this SIM of the businessman and allotted it to another user. At present, the police is only investigating the matter. But, it is feared that the same person who has been allotted this number would have committed the fraud.
How can fraud happen with SIM?
Actually, even if any SIM is closed, it may be allotted in someone else’s name. But, since the number is linked to the bank, SMS and OTP go to the same number. Through these, things like PhonePe and Paytm work. Because, these apps fetch the bank details of the registered mobile number in the app and add the account with the help of OTP or SMS. In such a situation, by getting this SIM to someone else, it can be easily cheated.
In such a situation, you have to keep in mind that either keep the SIM active by recharging it or keep the same number registered with all your bank accounts which you have in active condition.
