At an event dedicated to summing up the results of 2022, Skoda announced two new products that will debut this year. These novelties will be the Kodiaq crossover and the large Superb liftback.
Alas, there are no details about these models yet. They will probably be introduced in the second half of the year as 2024 models. Skoda also announced that the updated Kamiq and Scala will be released this year, and by 2026 the brand will have three new electric vehicles.
As for 2022, it cannot be called successful for Skoda: sales compared to 2021 fell by 16.7% to 731,300 cars. Last but not least, the drop is due to the brand leaving Russia. The only Skoda models showing sales growth in 2022 are the Enyaq iV and Kushaq crossovers.
